Jayden M. I had no question as to who would be chosen for most improved student in the 8th grade. The first person that came to my mind was Jayden Macasieb. I have seen Jayden grow so much in the last few years but mostly, his eighth grade year. Jayden’s motivation has increased tremendously! He is intrinsically motivated to do well in class and constantly participates, especially math. He asks questions, responds to questions, and participates with his group to solve complex problems. He has also shown maturity in the way he interacts with others and takes initiative in his studies. When I met with his parents during parent teacher conferences, I let them know that I was proud of how much he had improved, yet he has grown so much since then. I look forward to seeing all you will accomplish in the future, Jayden. Keep up the great work!
